which show is you child currently obsessed with?

he got a Little Einsteins DVD for Easter and he has been watching it ever since.

I try to limit his TV time, so he is allowed to watch a few shows in the morning and during the week, he is allowed to watch a little bit of TV in the afternoonn while I try to get Emma to go in for her nap.

DansMom replied: Same here, Edie! Little Einsteins---Daniel and Jason are similar in their interests, I think. Yesterday Daniel was singing "Oh yes, oh yes it's Springtime!" to the tune of Vivaldi's Four Seasons. Hilarious and cute. I can't remember the last time he asked to watch Thomas or Bob. He still asks for Backyardigans.

He tried to watch some show called Pucca the other day, but we only caught the tail end of it, and after I saw it I won't be letting him watch that anymore. He also likes Dexter's Lab, Jimmy Neutron and Yin Yang Yo.

PrairieMom replied: UGh. In our houes it's teenage mutant ninja turtles. I refuse to let him watch it. He learned about it from Mc donalds mappy meals, and the marketing for the new movie, then he learned about the cartoon accidentally, so there are many arguments at our house about if the turtles are on our TV or not. IMO, they are way to violent, and there is no way I am going to let him watch them.

Zach's not really into watching a program at the moment... he prefers to ride his bike. It's cool with me.

Naomie loves Dora. Sometimes, before bath and betime, I'll put a video on for her and we cuddle.

On the more tame and "cutesy" side...Krypto the Superdog, Wow Wow Wubbzy, and the Backyardigan's.
