what's for lunch?

booey2 replied: I love all the irish food but none in my lunch bag unfortunately. I have the same, green salad, tuna, 2 source yogurts, a grapefruit, a pear, a nectarine, 2 granola bars that are awesome, some carrots and celery and some all dressed mini crispies. I will eat all of this over the lunch and afternoon here at work.

jen replied: Lunch sounds so good right now! I am going home early today but I will probably make a wrap (sun dried tomato wrap, with ham, lettuce, swiss cheese, shredded carrots) and some grapes....I am trying to eat healthier!!! I have more energy if I do!!!! I have a ton of fruit at home right now! Pears, gala apples, grapes, berries, all kinds of stuff so i might back a smoothie out of some of that!
pinka_star replied: Mmmmm I love potato soup, yummy stuff!!! Wooo a smoothie sounds yummy too, and a wrap. Heh, maybe I'm just hungry. I think I'll have a salad for lunch. I haven't had a salad in awhile either, and I'm trying to eat healthier.

pinka_star replied: Heh yeah me too!! By the time I'm done piling everything on there's like two pieces of lettuce, and it's not so healthy anymore, hehe.

booey2 replied: Yup it is a lot but it works out to 11points for my lunch and I get 30 over the whole day. I also just ordered a little deli sandwich from subway - 3pts all veggies cause I wanted some bread today. WW is awesome, I have discovered that the weeks I eat all that I am supposed to, proper food choices I tend to lose the most weight. Their web site is very helpful. WW
MilMunchMOM replied: Homemade chicken noodle soup! mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!! yesterday when it was snowing i made am army size pot of it. Of course o used the fat free broth and lots of vegis. Not as many noodles as i usually like, but they make the points go up! lol WW too
kit_kats_mom replied: I had an asian almond chicken wrap from Schlotzkeys deli (9pts) and a can of mandarin oranges with some chopped walnuts, dried cranberries, coconut mixed with fat free cool whip. (4 pts) Kind of a big lunch but I had a small breakfast since I had weigh in this morning.

Kaitlin'smom replied: I did good with my salad, lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, raddishes, cucumber, little cheese, few rasions, little egg, and a couple green olives (yummy). with fat free itlian dressing.
then for dessert low fat apple berry granola bar
pinka_star replied: Good job!!! Sounds very yummy. I had lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, egg, and fat free ranch. Not bad, I was STARVING. For some reason when I drink a lot of water it makes me really hungry. Does that happen to anyone else or am I just a freak?
5littleladies replied: I ate with the kiddies today-Fish sticks and Tater tots. Yippie. At least they ate it-that was an accomplishment.
Kaitlin'smom replied: yep I have that problem also sometimes and sometimes I am so full from the water I have to make myself eat a little something...its weird!
MomToJade&Jordan replied: Well I just ate breakfast so I have no idea what I am going to eat for lunch. Special K makes s cereal bar now that is only 2 points so I had that and a glass of 1% milk. I will probably wind up making a wrap of some sort and then have a yougart.
MommyToAshley replied: Ashley and I had left-overs for lunch:
Roasted turkey and some steamed broccoli, carrots and cauliflower with cheese sauce on top. Ashley had some cheese cubes and an apple too (but I didn't)
For dinner, DH and I had homemade tacos. Ashley had some of the ground beef (w/o the taco seasoning), green beans, and I made her a baked potato.
It's almost 10:00 PM here and I am getting hungry again reading this thread.
