Kaitlin'smom wrote: thing about being a parent?

okay if you so need you can list a few laugh.gif

Kaitlin'smom replied: for me its watching her grow, and learn new things

but the best I would say would have to be hearing her say wub.gif mommy wub.gif

Boys r us replied: It's being able to come home from a horrible day at work loaded with stress and seeing their precious little faces with their eyes dancing and how it just melts all the bad and wrong away.

Josie83 replied: Lots of things! I agree with you about when they say mummy . . .
Looking at her and realising there's bits of you and bits of your partner that you can see wub.gif wub.gif wub.gif
Having those cuddles where she falls asleep on you
hearing her say I love you
That feeling when she learns something new
So many things! xx

kel replied: loads of things, but one fave at the moment is when she holds out her arms for me to hug her and i ask her for a "tight squeeze" and she rubs my back..also when i leave the room without her seeing me and hearing her say "mama" "mama"..it melts my heart..

MommyToAshley replied: Oh my gosh... so many things.

The hugs and kisses are on the top of the list -- Ashley does that where she rubs my back too. wub.gif

The look on her face when she figures something out or accomplishes something new. biggrin.gif

Hearing the words "I love you" for the first time was incredible, I can't even put how I felt at that moment into words

All those funny and silly faces and things she does to make you laugh... can't help but to brighten my day!

I used to love when she would say "Mommy" too but now it's
"MOMMY!!!!!!" LOL! rolling_smile.gif

coasterqueen replied: My list could go on, but I agree with Nichole! It's coming home from work and hearing those little tiny feet coming running towards me when I close the door and hearing her say "mommy, mommy, I luv you" with her eyes so bright and her smile so wide. Then she gives me a great big hug and tells me she missed me. wub.gif

I also LOVE watching her discover things. It's so neat to see her discover everything for the first time. It's like I'm discovering it as well.

My2Beauties replied: To watch her smile and eyes light up when I walk in the room

When she laughs at me for no apparent reason

When she wakes up in the morning with her hair all dishoveled and parading around in her sleeper cooing and being loud while it's 6:00 in the morning and I'm still a zombie all those things manage to put a smile on my face and a warmness in my heart! wub.gif

kit_kats_mom replied: My current fave is watching the delight in her eyes and the look on her face when she's done something herself.
For example, this morning she climbed into her car seat and buckled herself in (Ok, I snuck in and helped a little bit but not much). She looked at me with the cutest face, said "Be Be Did it!" and gave me a high five. That was great! wub.gif

Kaitlin'smom replied:
wub.gif awwww thats so cute

amynicole21 replied: When she says "I love you Mommy" and gently touches my face wub.gif

Lollie replied: 1.Waking up in the morning with puffy eyes from a lack of sleep and looking into my baby girl's beautiful face as she gives me a lovely smile! wub.gif

2.Not being able to fit into my clothing properly cos of my big belly and knowing that I have another life growing inside me. wub.gif

lsjulee replied: Countless. Everything about them, are our favourites. And my favourites of them, all the same favourites of all mummies here.

I ever asked the same question to Sean. His one and only reply towards what is it that he will forgo everything for the children - "loving them and them loving you."

momof2girls replied: I could go on and on
but just the love you feel for them and the love the return to you
also when they laugh and smile it just makes me feel sooo happy, like nothing else matters as long as they are healthy and happy! wub.gif
