the puffballs at the top are barrettes, and the puff balls on the shawl are attached to the bottom of the pull strings.

Her is my model. She won't hold still for the camera anymore, but you get the idea.
I am proud of my work on this one. I am going to make one for my niece too.

I haven't made any with flaps or anything, but I have made a few beanie type ones. I know Rocky makes them too, she has cute stuff listed on ETSY.
