anyway I have lost 3lbs since last week.. but I was sick this weekend so that helped me loose at least one pound hehe.. anyway how is everyone else doing?
b&bsmom replied: I gained 2lbs this week. part because we went out a few times this week but I also was doing a lot of walking for exercise so I feel some may be muscle. Who knows hoping for better next week. Glad you are down a few pounds sorry you were sick though!!!

I don't weigh myself anymore, but the personal trainer at the gym weighed me this morning. I weighed 148. I'll post more on that in another topic. I can't remember how much I weighed last time I 'weighed in', but I'm making HUGE progress and I feel awesome. I think right now...with these last 10 pounds to lose that should be all that matters. I'm completely stress free about it b/c I know I'm doing well.

Well, I stayed the same. I think it has alot to do with us going out for my B-Day and having alittle bit too much fun, kwim I'm hoping to get back on the wagon again. I'm still down to just 1 soda a day, which is really good for me I got an exercise ball for my b-day and can't wait to start using it. Hopefully it will help with toning and stuff.

I, myself maintained. I'll take it. I'm having an 'adjustment' period here after I quit taking my meds and realizing that it helped me loose weight because when I went off I started to gain. Maybe I should go back on them. j/k.
I'm back on track mentally and hoping for a loss next week.

I did weigh myself yesterday, but did not have time to come here and post. I only lost two pounds but I am sure I have lost more inches because I am down another size. We worked out last night, and adding the weight training to the cardio is kicking my butt but I notice a big difference after only one week of it!
Maddie&EthansMom replied: Dee Dee that is fantastic! You know, I was told not to lose more than 2 pounds a week b/c then you start losing muscle. So you are doing a great job!!!
