which is your favorite? I have no idea which to choose. I have a size 4.5 finger and remember this is my only ring i will be wearing because we choose not to use an engagement ring.. wink.gif

My3LilMonkeys replied: I like the emerald cut best, but it is more of an engagement ring style....so for a wedding ring I like the double eternity.

Ashlynn's Mommy replied: I like the double eternity band. But being that your not wearing an engagement ring I would go with the emerald cut, and its my second choice. Good luck with it. Wear it proud. I've been waiting 7 years and 1 beautiful baby girl later, for a proposal.

luvbug00 replied: .

tell me about it! lol! this is also 7 years and a 5 year old daughter later! we moved away from each other back to our parents homes and THAT is when he finally realized that it was then or never! smile.gif

Our Lil' Family replied: Emerald cut is my favorite so naturally that's my first choice. And it would look great with the princess eternity band, but that's a lot of $$.

If you only want one, I'd say either of the two bands, if you only wear the emerald cut one people will always ask you if it's an engagement ring.

MyBrownEyedBoy replied: With such a small finger, I would opt for the single eternity ring if you go with that over the emerald cut. I think the double might overwhelm your hand, KWIM?

holley79 replied: I love number 1. I love all three though.

luvmykids replied: I have to say #3 because it is almost identical to mine! Except mine has a split shank. It's the only ring I wear but no one ever mistakes it for an "engagement" only ring.

eta-The only thing I would caution you about is that cuts like emerald or princess (like the ones in the single eternity band) don't sparkle and flash quite as much as a round cut like the double eternity band. I still totally love my emerald cut, but it doesn't get quite as much light and reflection as a round.

MommyToAshley replied: I love the emerald cut! thumb.gif

MyLuvBugs replied: I like the last one - emerald cut and here's why....you don't realize how rough you are on a ring until you wear it every day. If you have those with the diamonds all the way around the band you run the risk of hurting the stones or loosing them. KWIM? Those eternity one's were almost exactly like what I'd wanted, and then when we went to try on rings I accidentally hit the one I'd tried on and it scared me to death. sad.gif So we ended up getting a bandwith 4 small diamonds on the top. Then after we were married we had the engagement ring and the band welded together.

CantWait replied: Number 3 since you don't have an engagement ring. It's very pretty.

MyBlueEyedBabies replied: #3 for the same reason Erika said. My rings get pretty beat up and I loosen stones on top...My jewler told me she couldn't in good faith sell me a true eternity band because I would destroy it. If you like the look you can go with a half band with another ring and then the stones take quite the abuse. ALso (this is my jewlery stores picture of my band) this band is fairly inexpensive...I think mine is either 1/4 or 1/2 but for the 1 karat in platinum it was under 1000

Kaitlin'smom replied: I love the first one.

C&K*s Mommie replied: Like the reasons Lisa and Erika mentioned eternity bands take a beating and you may end up having to replace the lost stones often. There is also no way to resize that type of ring, whereas the emerald cut- it is possible to resize for whatever reason. The jewelers I have spoken with have discouraged buying eternity bands, for this reason. It is up to you and him in the end, but I would think hard about it. Esp if you are active with your hands, and may not take the ring off when cleaning and such. My choice would be for #3.

coasterqueen replied: The third one gets my vote. thumb.gif

AlexsPajamaMama replied: #3 is my vote too!! That is gorgeous!! iloveyou.gif
