kimberley replied: can't you talk to the landlord about it? i mean after 9-10pm they should have the common courtesy to try and be quiet expecially since you have a little girl. i like the tranquilizer idea too lol

Security went up the night i complained. I am going to go to the lanlord tomorrow after work and talk with them and how noisy they are...

I am looking for some suggestions from anyone leaving in an apartment, condo type housing bc lately Paige has gotten up more frequently at night crying. We go to her as soon as she crys but sometimes it takes a little while to console her. My upstairs neighbor is being a real you know what about it and decides to stomp around like an ellephant or bang a leg to his furniture on the floor. I can see your frustrations for the noisy neighbor above you and that would totally irritate me too but ours is a different story considering we are not trying to have our DD up in the night crying. We want to sleep too! I wish we could go to a land lord but we live in a condo which we own and so do they! TIA

Kaitlin'smom replied: aww man I am sorry, maybe next time Jenna cries you could tape it and when they are bing nosy play it real loud....LOL just kidding that might wake her up. I hope you can find some solution, and they can try and be quiet after a certain hour.

Actually i havent had any problems with jenna waking the nieghbours up. When she starts to cry and then scream when upset i just go in there and rub her back and she usually calms down.

im just having problems right noiw with the horses that live above me..LOL.

jem0622 replied: I would call the cops. If they are just walking then there isn't anything you can do and I would say it's petty if it was just walking around. But making excessive noise is different. I would call the cops. Leave apt. mgmt. out of it.
