scared DH - and got an evil kick out of it....

And i scared the s*** out of him completely by accident. he wasnt needed at work last night because some shipments of stuff his warehouse stores didnt come in so there wasn't anything for him to do. He came over and spent the night. My sister was at her boyfriends house sleeping over so she let us borrow her bed. You'd think the fact that DH and I are so Tiny we could have fit on her bed easily even with my yorkshire terrier izzy up there with us. No. He was too close and it was too hot in there even with the AC on. I got up, told DH why I was up, went to the bathroom *doing that so much lately its annoying, maggie has definitly dropped* and noticed oh my water bottle is empty. I went downstairs in hopes of getting some water out of the filtered jar in the kitchen, got to the livingroom and had to sit down for just a second because i had taken a benedryl for my allergies before bed and was sorta still foggy. That was at 1:00 AM. I fell asleep without noticing and The Next Thing I Know, i hear this loud thudding down the steps near the couch and someone going "omigod omigod omigod," in this quiet panicked voice. I see a figure run past the couch heading towards the door yanking a jacket on then the figure stops and i just barely make out DH's figure in the streetlight coming from the window. He looks at me and starts freaking out "Holy crap! Why are you down here?! I woke up and you weren't there! WHy weren't you there?! You said all you had to do was pee! I looked everywhere upstairs for you! Oh god! I thought you went to the hospital without me!!!!"
After we went back upstairs he had his arms around me the entire night


so glad his eyesight isnt as good as mine in the dark nor for that matter his hearing because when we were still downstairs and i was listening him go on and on and being practically crushed in this enormous overprotective hug that he gave me... i was laughing at him it was funny.

Did he really think he would get off that easy and you would go to the hospital without him? You've got to have someone to swear at while you are in labor!
