amynicole21 replied: In my opinion, it's just a bit too much denim. It isn't quite as bad if they are contrasting colors, but if they are the exact same color it makes me think of 1982

owensmomma replied: I think it's a cute fashion statement. Hopefully, the jacket matches the jeans though. Otherwise, it might look a little mismatched, but that's JMO

ammommy replied: Hmm..I only like denim with denim if the shades are very different. So that jacket, I'd probably wear with a really dark pair of jeans. Otherwise, I agree, too much like the early 80's

mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: I have a problem with a jean jacket and jeans...but that's just me. I freak out about my blacks being different or strange textures together. It never feels right. I like wearing my jean jacket with khakis, fun colored cords and even skirts! I would even wear it over a casual dress! I think you could get away with it if you mix in fun accessories to show that you're not trying to match so much!

Same here. I'd wear it with Khaki's. My co-worker who's old enough to be my mother just wore a cute jean jacket and khaki's today. Looked great! How sad is that to have someone much much older than me dress so hip and I dress like my great grandmother.

MyBrownEyedBoy replied: I think since it is ca cropped jacket you could wear it with jeans. It would have a break between the jacket and the pants. Or khakis or a cute pair of linen capris.

Boys r us replied: I say no no to jeans with a jean jacket!!! I love jean jackets with a black skirt or black pants or something..but seriously, how often do you actually find two pieces of denim that match #1...2ndly, it really is too much denim!

Mommy2BAK replied: Sorry to you guys that said no to me wearing it with jeans, b/c I did Saturday night I wore it with a really dark pair of jeans with a tan tank top, but I got a ton of compliments.

I would wear it with jeans only if they are much darker or much lighter that the jacket....anything too close in color would look mismatched.

Also khakis, black pants, cords....tons of possibilities!

My2Beauties replied: Several of thelittle upscale shops in the mall have these as well and on the mannequins they are paired with the same color jeans - this is coming back in style guys - I think it's cute if done right
