We try to put Braedon to bed during the week at the sametime Tanner goes, which is 9pm. But it doesn't always work..he tends to get up after about 15 minutes. Now On the weekends, he'll stay up and hang out with us until 12 or 1am!
paradisemommy replied: i'm pretty lenient as far as taven's bedtime and i usually gauge it between how his nap went in the afternoon. if he took his usual 2 hour nap then he'll go to bed on time - between 8 and 9 but if he slept 3 or 4 hours then i'll let him stay up a little later but 10pm is our max.
DansMom replied: Well, trying to get Daniel to sleep before he's tired is useless, so we try to time our routine for when we see signs of sleepiness. He ends up going to sleep about 10, but sometimes as late as 11:30 pm. On weekends, I can usually get him to nap a little bit earlier than DH is able to do (because I BF to sleep, which works like a charm), so we sometimes catch a break and get him to bed at 9:30 on days that I've he's had the nap earlier.
amynicole21 replied: Since DH and I both work full time it's imperative that she gets to bed at a reasonable hour since she has to wake up at 6am. We start trying to get her to sleep at around 8:30, and she is almost always asleep by 9:15.
ediep replied: Jason usually goes to sleep at about 8:30 or so.
Kaitlin'smom replied: Kailin is usually always in bed by 8p I am really very strick on this....unless there is a very special occasion
Maddie&EthansMom replied: Well, ever since Maddie's doctor lectured me on her bedtime I have been very strict. Ethan has always gone down at 8:30 or 9. Maddie used to stay up with us, but her ped insisted I get her to bed earlier for her health as well as mine. I agreed, but getting Scotty to listen to that and help out was another story. She has been going to bed at 8:30 now for a few weeks. We are ALL happier.
MomToMany replied: We're very consisent with bedtime here. All the kids (except Kayla) go to bed at 7:30. It's mostly for my sanity and their health. Kayla goes to bed whenever she's good & ready to, but it's usually no later than 8:30.
maestra replied: Jaci's bedtime is usually 10, but that's because we like her to sleep later in the am so dh can get some sleep too (he gets home about 1:30am). But lately she has been going to sleep at 10, waking back up at 3 am, and is impossible to get back to sleep until 9 am. It sucks, and things are not very fun in my house right now!
megsmommie replied: School night, bedtime is 8pm. Weekends at least by 11pm. Doesn't always go smoothly around here though. Lol
Alice replied: With school starting next week, we're back to 8PM bedtime for all 3 kids (from our summer time of 9.) Which means that by 8:30 at the latest I usually have 3 sleeping kids
McKayla'sMom replied: McKayla goes to bed after she has her bath and bottle. She has her bath between 10 and 11 and then goes right to sleep by herself. (Thank God) Her bedtime is a little later than others I noticed but my husband is on afternoon shift so we get up later. By the way what does "DH" mean?
Josie83 replied: Cassie goes to bed at eight o clock, and is usually knocked out till about seven the next morning! She doesn't really have much of a nap any more so is quite good at going to bed! xx

Alice replied: I'm finally picking up on the lingo myself.
"DH" is "dear husband" DD:"Dear daughter", DF : "dear fiance"... SD is step daughter, SS is stepson...
LOL is "laughing out loud" or "lots of laughs" ROFL is "rolling on (the) floor laughing"
hope it helps!
McKayla'sMom replied: Thank You Alice that helped out alot!
A&A'smommy replied: Alyssa usually gets into bed about 12:30 am or 1:00 Am because of her daddys work hours I like for her to know her daddy so I let her stay up (actually its routine now) so she can spend some time playing and loving on dada and then she sleeps untill about 11 or 11:30 I hate these weird hours I hope that someday Jeremiah will have normal hours I can't do these hours forever.
mama3x replied: DS at 12 yrs old heads for bed at 8:30pm school nights and gets up around 6:30-7am.
DD takes 2 naps a day - approx 10am and again at 2:30pm. She's off to bed between 8-8:30pm or else she's a cranky-butt. If all naps and bed time goes on time, she wakes up about the same time as DS and plays in her crib for about an hour or so.
