Boo&BugsMom replied: I have gotten things like this. They want to send you money that is made for over the amount on purpose, then you deposit it into your account and write out a check for reimbursement, send that check out while you are left with a bounced check in your account.

People are so desperate and have nothing better to do than to rip off innocent people. Go tell him to get a REAL job!!!

He will send a check and make it over for the amount owed on purpose (by a lot). He then will ask to be refunded for the amount wrote for over. The person (Rocky) will send the refund and the scammer will have that money and Rocky will be left with a check that has been bounced in her account and then be out some serious money.

Plus, like someone mentioned, anyone who would want to drop off their "child" with someone before meeting them is clearly a dumb dumb! Most daycare providers don't even allow that and require an interview, even at a large daycare. There are signs written all over that thing!
