same thing as now just different boss, my current boss is retiring and selling the business.

Dont think of it as a job interview. Think of it this way...he is meeting with you because he knows you are very smart with what you do and he is needing YOUR help more so then you being interviewed. Look at it like he is being somewhat interviewed. Might help you relax.

it went really well, found out somethings which were really nice to hear, I am deffinalty staying and giving it a go with this guy. He seems like a good fit what what I am used to, most things will stay the same, a few changes but I think it will all be good. I am still a bit worried about how it all will work out with little things and really hope we dont lose to many clients.
