ya the necklace would probably be better, leis might be used more, oh and I could do a lei for her ankle or wrist.......

I might already have a top......then I can pair it with shorts with a hula skirt......oh thank you your deffinalty helping me with ideas!

I'm not sure where that necklace is from as I just googled a pic, but they do sell them at walmart and most of them usually have a hint of pink in them.
Be sure and post pics when you're done. I'm sure she'll look adorable.

mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: What about just going to the fabric store and making a little sarong out of Hawaiian floral fabric? Tie it around her so that it's like a halter top. Or just around her waist and add a colored tank she already has. Add flip flops and a big flower in her hair from the yard. Just an inexpensive idea.

kit_kats_mom replied: Hilo Hatties has an online store. When K was little we went to a luau themed wedding so I got a shirt for DH, a dress for me and a little dress for K. All in the same print. It was hysterical.

not aloowed to have anything but small cips or thin headbands in her hair, just to keep the hair away from face but they want natrual hair. other wise I would so do that

Kaitlin'smom replied: Woo Hoo I think I got it, and boy did she look so CUTE, I still had all the tags on so once I get them off I will take a pic and you all can help make sure I did not over do it or if there is something missing. I just need the necklass, they did not have one at the party store or Target.
