need help with IKEA furniture - its a long shot

it was about 5' tall and 7-8' wide. had alrge section for tv in the center, drawers under, on the left was 3 shelves with glass door. on the right was a CD tower thing built in. and then along the top was one long shelf. for dvd's etc.


im sooooo peeved cause they have always had it and now i want to buy it they dont show it listed.

it was 100-150 bux last year.


i know its a shot in the dark but worth trying

CantWait replied: Just so ya know, some of their things they take off the market. I had this trouble when finding a couple items a few months back.

Also they may not have everything they have listed online.

Well mine didn't have drawers. It had two doors on the bottom... and on both sides, it had glass doors with a shelf. The top part was optional, and there was also an optional part we could have bought for the bottom, which did have drawers, like a tv bench had our tv been smaller. It didn't have a cd tower on the side, but the shelves at the top were cd-sized.

I THINK we got it at Ikea... I'm pretty darn sure... but if not, we would have gotten it at the brick

but i remember right beside where the tv went there was a black wire cd tower type thing built in.

yours is similar for sure....

Hillbilly Housewife replied: no cd tower on my old one, 100% positive. See if you can send them the pic to compare....i bought mine about 4 years ago I guess.... had paid about 350$ back then....

grapfruit replied: I think I've had conversations like that before, trying to discribe an item to a salesperson. And of course they look at you like you're nuts.

not exatly what i want but getting closer.... only its in a different language and the names dont cross...... whats that name say?

J-rod replied: ikea customer service is NO help...they keep sending me wrong ones that are "custom built" and over $600. they dont listen to me at all.
