my ring is broken:(

my2monkeyboys replied: Just in case you didn't know, make sure you take off all gold jewelry before getting into chlorine - in a pool, cleaning, anything. The chlorine will literally eat little holes all in the gold (it actually eats away the other metals that are used in gold to give it strength) and it will eventually break into pieces.
Not saying that that is what happened, just wanted to give everyone a heads up.
And, yep, a jeweler should be able to fix it, depending on where it broke.
