Sorry forgot to mention that. His name is Snowbunny. My boys named him. If anyone has a guess for what kind of bunny he is I love to know. All I know is he is albino.

MyLuvBugs replied: I had an all white rabbit when I was a kid, but I don't think they are a specific breed. Just rabbit. The white ones are usually the ones that people use for testing. I know that sounds harsh, but it's true. So, I think they are specifically bred to be albino, but not sure on the "breed" name. If that makes any sense at all. lol

redchief replied: He looks like an white standard domestic rabbit to me. Albinos are common in this breed on purpose. People like them. There's another, more insidious reason too, but I'll leave that out.

zdk753 replied: That's awful about them being common for use in testing . Luckily this one won't have to worry about that. I actually like this one better than the last one. He is the sweetest thing & soooo soft . I have to tell you all this. Yesterday I brought him up to show Dylan's class. His teacher started talking about how they die easily & asked if I was planning on eating him when he got older. I couldn't believe a teacher would say something like that esp. knowing that this is Dylan's pet .
