Bee_Kay replied: 104???
OMG!

It was like 92 here yesterday and I thought I'd have a heatstroke!!

where are you at?

CantWait replied: We had that crazy weather in Edmonton about a week and a half ago. Right now it's chilly and rainy again. This time of year I think it's still suppose to be about 14 degrees.

Brias3 replied: We have been in the low 90's for the past three days. Yuck! It'll be a bad year for bugs here too with all the moisture we've had.

C&K*s Mommie replied: I heard we hit 99 today. And tomorrow not sure of the expected temp, but I heard Chris exclaim the heat index will be 112 degrees! blink.gif oh well... life in Florida for ya. rolleyes.gif

punkeemunkee'smom replied: ohmy.gif I did not know it got that hot there! It is hot here now too and it will keep getting hotter as the summer gets into full swing! Thank goodness the pools are all open again! rolleyes.gif cool.gif

luvmykids replied: Our problem is that although the daytime heat is semi-bearable, it never goes down! It's almost 11pm and still in the high 80's!

kimberley replied:
i am in Toronto! it is never this disgusting til july/august. we set up the kids pools in the yard on the weekend but it is too gross to be out.. you choke on the humidity. how long did it last out there, Marie?

nicole, i have no clue how you deal with the humidity all year round. i would die in florida lol.

A&A'smommy replied: ugh its burning hott during the day and humid yucky at night dry.gif

PrairieMom replied: It was in the 90's this weekend. I thought I was gonna die! It doesn't help that DH turned off our airconditioning. It was 78 degrees in my house when I was trying to sleep durring the day so I could work that night!
I told him that if he touched the thermostat again I would break his fingers! laugh.gif rolleyes.gif

comments like that make me think of how a lot of americans think of us as tuque wearing esquimos who live in igloos and say abooooot! rolling_smile.gif rolling_smile.gif

heh heh

too cute Abby, too cute! You made my day!!! hug.gif hug.gif

The worst is, it gets hotter. puke.gif

AlexsPajamaMama replied: The heat has started here in Maine too.
Saturday and Sunday were really hot and humid. Monday and Tuesday it was mostly from about noon time till 4ish that the heat was the worst.
Thank Goodness for AC!

booey2 replied: I totally can relate, DH put our AC on Monday night because he was too hot. My mom is giving the boys one of the Easy-up pools but not until the 24th when we have our annual Father's Day/Matthew's Family birthday party. So it looks like the hose will be it for the boys for a while. They don't like to come in and want to stay out and have a water fight with us. Thankfully the rain is coming today and is followed by a cold front that will drop us back to 23 degress Celcius, still too hot in my books for this early in the season.

TheOaf66 replied: actually I kind of like when the weather is like that, you can just relax outside (to hot to do anything) and then at night lay in bed w/ a fan on you and be relaxed.

C&K*s Mommie replied: the good thing is during the early spring, winter and fall months it is bearable. humidity tends to be low. Late spring, summer and late summer it is unbearable (insert smilie choking here). hee hee gotta love the ocean breeze at the beach, though. happy.gif

Come on down to Florida... hee hee- you will only suffocate from the humidity 6 mos out of 12 (on average) not bad eh? laugh.gif laugh.gif
