house of barf and no sleep

Katherine was being a monster last night so we put her to bed early. She woke up as I was going to sleep (11:30) and was burning up. DH went and slept in her room with her and she started coughing at 5, puked at 5:30m drank some water and puked again at 6. 
She's feeling ok but she still has a fever and she is begging for chocolate milk. The novelty of the ice chips has worn off. 
I sure hope our house guests don't catch whatever it is.
MIL arrives tonight after midnight.
Boys r us replied: Oh no!! poor little thing! I hope it's a short lived bug and that no one else catches it..especially little Lauren!
jdkjd replied: Bailey had the barfy bug last week-it only lasted 24 hours and Kiera got it but it was a diahrrea effect-still only about 36 hours...
So hopefully K will be better today. Thank god your MIL is coming though. You need the sleep.

What is it with babies and teething right now?  It appears Megan has white bumps on her gums but it's where her eye teeth are...can't figure that one out but she's been a BEAR for over a week now and I'm losing my mind with it.

I would probably refrain from the chocolate milk until you know the barfing has subsided. Then again, if she's craving it, she'll probably be able to tolerate it.

Cool weather? Not here. We've been in the high 80's all week. It's dropped to the low 70's at night but still muggy & gross. 
She's still barfing after eating but I've kept her to jello, pedialite, ice chips, popcicles & broth. poor little pitiful baby.
