haunted houses

This year I am trying to get a group of adults together to go to one at a local penetentiary. It is supposed to be the 5th best in the country. I sure hope this works out and I get to go. I already told dh that even if we can't get a group together that I would like to go with him.

Crystalina replied: There is an awesome penetentiary here in Ohio. That thing was very very scary (and I don't scare easily). It was well worth the long line and the money we paid.

We also have a nice one here called the Haunted Island. We take a boat out to an island and you get freaked from the minute you get there until you get out. It's the entire island. It's great except the boat ride freezes you but it's awesome being on the black water at night and approach an island lit up only by torches.

cameragirl21 replied: i love haunted houses, we have quite a few down south in Key West and i have been to some...can't say they're particularly scary.
i heard some of the best hauntings are in Savannah, GA, and i'm eager to visit there to check out the haunted houses AND because i hear it's just beautiful there.

holley79 replied: There was a place in New Orleans, I think it was House of Shock. DH and I would go every year. Loved it. I know he was going to see if it was being done this year or not. Scares the snot out of me each year. There is a mall out in Cali we went to that was a lot of fun. They set up each of the stores from a horror movie.

mom2my2cuties replied: I am such a big chicken - we went to a haunted house when Andy was a baby and I was completely spazzing the whole time and made my husband use the light from the camera so I could see to walk.

MoonMama replied: I love all that horror type of stuff movies, haunted houses and all. I would love to go this year but DH is afraid I'll have Braedin right there on the spot.
