do you ever feel - so low?

I know I sound depressing but I'm really down, has anyone been there?

Alice replied: Honestly, no.

Is this just a bad day or more than that?

moped replied: Well..........YES. I am sorry you are feeling down. I have been there lots. I think it is very normal, but it is so hard. I promise that you are appreciated and you do a wonderful job with everything you do - and Tripp loves you more than anything!!!!!!

I for one, appreciate you more than you know!!!!!!!! You are a wonderful freind to me!

mom2tripp replied:
Thank you Jen, I appreciate you too and miss chatting with you bawling.gif Thanks for caring

jcc64 replied: Everybody's been there at one time or another. It's how long you get stuck there that's important to pay attention to. I have occasionally suffered from depression that needed to be treated with mild anti-depressants, after which I recovered pretty completely. I don't, by nature, have a downward looking perspective, so when I got stuck in my depression, I knew something wasn't right. Give it a few weeks to a month, but then I would seek some help after that. It's so incredibly common- and there are so many good treatment options available, it's pointless to suffer.
Good luck, I hope you feel better soon!

moped replied:
Yeah me too - where have you been!!!!! Email when you can!

mom2tripp replied:
I'm not a depressed person, maybe just a bad day

TANNER'S MOM replied: You bet I have been there. I can remember being there at different stages in my life. When I was a young inadequate mother.. going thru a divorce later. Now even the holidays get to me. But I do understand. I hope you feel better.. and if you don't then please be sure and talk to someone.

Life sure ain't fair.. but we will be there for you!

mom2tripp replied:
Thank you Mel

mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: It's normal to feel that way from time to time, but I totally agree with Jeanne, it's pointless to suffer...especially if these feelings are restricting you from doing your everyday tasks or keeping you from enjoying the things you used too love, I would definitely seek help.

My thoughts are with you Kristi! Hopefully it's just a bad day...or maybe AF is coming?? hug.gif

KingMom replied: I am sure it's just a bad day, you are always in good spirits and fun to be around smile.gif We all have them, don't worry to much, just look at Tripp and smile wink.gif

Kaitlin'smom replied: I hope your just having a bad day. It could be the time of year also. I find my self down more during the winter, espically the cold dreary days, not to mention it gets dark out so early. Also when I dont get enough sleep. So yep I have to been there, like otheres said keep an eye on how long it lasts. hug.gif

My2Beauties replied: Hon, I have definitely BTDT and I am totally with you. The past few weeks I have noticed I have been down in the dumps a lot because of money issues and us being in so much debt and trying to get out of it so fast! Just know that you are human and you can have bad days and don't feel bad if you go out and do something for yourself to cheer yourself up wink.gif Hint hint, go shopping, do something that you like doing, get a pedi or a mani or a facial! You'll feel relaxed and pampered too! hug.gif If you want to talk PM me!

baileygirl replied: Hope things get better soon...... wub.gif
