The lady on the phone told me my user ID is something its not, It makes sense, but thats NOT what it is, KWIM, I KNOW what the ID and Password are, it just won't let me in. I need a PIN to change my password, and I don't have one of those either.

Swood75 replied: Sounds like the cc companies are getting VERY greedy (well,more than they already were)..My mom had a VIsa (I believe that is what it was) had had it for many years with a low apr (never been late making a pmt etc) and they sent her a letter saying they were upping her apr effective (which ever month they said)this year due to them losing $$ from people not paying their bills etc and had the nerve to get upset that she was cancelling her acct with them..
grapfruit replied: If you have a bank that will do free online bill payment you can pay for free and it should be there by next business day....depends on what bank you're w/though..... A thought?

PrairieMom replied: We did the class and just finished the baby step where you have 6 months living expenses in the bank. We just re-financed the house, so as soon as that is all settled we will be working on that.

PrairieMom replied: Thankyou. We worked hard at it for about 15 months, then did a little dance when we finally made it to our goal. Its crazy to think of having that amount of $ in the bank, and it really does give you a huge sense of relief.
