Shooter replied: Hi Jamie....actually, I'm pretty much a first time parent. I mean, I was married before and a stepdad to a little girl. Then divorced for several years until I got married again 2 years ago. My DW has a son who is 12 now, but for her this was like starting all over again. For me, this is my one and only biological child and I am completely new at the whole baby thing. I ask my DW some questions and she doesn't remember either, so we're both pretty new at this. Any particular reason you were wondering? Or did you just not want to feel totally "out there" by yourself?

Jamie replied: honestly, im not sure why i was wondering that, it was just something that came into my head.
I am a step dad as well, my DW has 2 sons ages 6 and 5 but this is going to be my first. I dont know why that came to my head, i guess cuz everyone on here i see has other children, and i dont except for my 2 step kids, but this will be mine, my own lil baby, but i see im rambling incoharently(sp) and i got no clue where its going or what im saying my head is foggy.......sorry

Shooter replied: Completely understood. My first and probably only came 12 weeks early and spent 73 days in the NICU! Talk about having a foggy brain!!!! I plug along best I can and love my little guy to pieces! He's the light of my day.
