U definately need someone to be with you. I would definately look into that restraining order now she has no right to harrass u like this. Please keep us posted today.

ctymom replied: That is truly awful. Please make sure you keep everything she does in a log. If you are able, print out the emails with their headers. She is certainly unstable.

Take care of yourself and do what the police said... keep a log of everything. It will be extremely important for you.

kimberley replied: she won't stop. the officer hasn't called her yet and he is not in the precinct. i left a message. i have repeatedly begged her son to do something about this and he doesn't know what to do. he just emailed her to stop, but she isn't. they are just getting worse and filled with more and more lies. i have no idea where she is getting any of this stuff since it isn't even remotely connected to the truth.

i have nowhere to go as jamie has the car, i have no money and no keys to lock the house and i have to be here when the boys get home at about 3:45pm. i am so stressed out i feel like i am going to pass out. i really wish someone were here with me. pls pray she stops.

I would just keep calling the cops any time she is near or threatening anything at all. And that not having keys thing has to change ASAP. Not acceptable at all!

gr33n3y3z replied: Kimberley I wish I could do something to help you But the best thing for you to do is keep a log print everything out and when it gets bad call the cops again and again and make sure they are logging everything and all your phone calls and you do the same thing. And watch your back and dont go out alone any where.

there is nowhere i can go but i am feeling better now that the boys are home with me. (although every noise outside makes me jump).

we have 2 sets of keys for the house, but one was cut wrong and doesn't work. DH and i are both boneheads and forget to copy another set for me. since he is in and out more than me, he has the keys. plan on cutting more tomorrow.

i am in toronto, canada.

the officer told me that she hasn't done anything criminal yet and they can't arrest her. that is why he said for me to keep a log. once it is built up over a couple of weeks, then i can take it to a judge and show proof of criminal harrassment but it has to be constant for it to stick. and for the restraining order, he said that is very hard to enforce because her son lives in the basement. all they would do is escort her off the property.

my dad's gf is annoyed with my dad and they are coming over in about an hour. til then i have the house locked up like fort knox!

pat is beside himself and wants to come home but work and his broken car have him stuck there for a few more hours. he has tried endlessly to talk to her and it does no good. he is as scared as i am. he disabled her email so i haven't heard from her yet but she came after dark last night. hopefully my dad will be here by then.

thx again for the support. it means so much when i am going out of my head to know all of you are there for us.
