moped replied: My guess is the picture wasn't originally taken with a high enough resolution - and I don't think there is much you can do about that

Kaitlin'smom replied: I am not sure thats it my digital is set for the highest res., and I did not have this problem with another photo I printed in 8x10 they truned out great. If it is my camera I am gonna be mad cause its an expensive camera.

It likely isn't your camera, but jsut that you need to go in and set the resolution high

Kaitlin'smom replied: okay Jen and Jessy Ann you both were right I did not realise the size was changed when I had it touched up no wonder it looked awful. silly me, I re-printed the original at home and much better, I am embarrassed now

MommyToAshley replied: Since you have a similar model to mine, I am assuming some of the features are the same. If you are finding all of your pictures are having that problem, the color balance may be off. In the manual, it explains how to adjust the white balance.

nope not the camera, when I had help fixing it the size was reduced and I did not even think about that or to check it if I print the original its fine. Now I know I feel so silly
