MamaJAM replied: Waffle-nights are a big hit around here....we have them about every 2 weeks (when I don't feel like cooking ). I've also done toast/eggs nights...but not as often.
Kaitlin'smom replied: yep we do that every so often. I love it but I do have to be careful with what and how much I eat now. I LOVE breakfast food and can eat a LOT of it.

salmndr007 replied: Breakfast at any time of the day is the best ever! I find that in the evening, I am usually more in the mood for breakfast type foods...during the summer mostly cereal and whatnot, but during the winter, a great big plate of hot comfort food like pancakes, waffles, eggs, potatos, ham, bacon, etc has to be the ultimate in dining delight.
fashionmumofboys replied: I may do that on a Sunday night, but not during the week.
~Roo'sMama~ replied: Mmm sounds good! I love having breakfast food for lunch or dinner ~ I'm never hungry enough in the morning to eat all that heavy stuff.
coasterqueen replied: We do every so often. We did it quite a bit when DH was in Louisiana. He's not much into doing it but the girls and I are.
