boob question

mckayleesmom wrote: Why don't they have a Boobs of Steal video? They have Abs of Steel and Buns of Steel. I would love to have a video that would help me put my boobs back where they were before Mckaylee. I don't know about the rest of you. My dh taught me some exercises, but Im wondering if he knows what hes talking about. Hes in the army,,but still. He don't have boobs.

kit_kats_mom replied: Oh, I don't know... My boobs are pretty happy about their southerly migration closer to their friend the belly button. rolling_smile.gif rolling_smile.gif

mckayleesmom replied: LOL...mine might be happy too, but I don't want them visiting that neigbor too soon.

MomToMany replied: rolling_smile.gif LOL, I need something like that, too rolling_smile.gif !

CantWait replied: LOL when I was shopping for herbs a while back, the guy at the store so ever slightly hinted that fennegal was good for firming the top half back up LOL rolling_smile.gif

mckayleesmom replied: Cool.....wooo hooo...Im going to get me some of that.

Heather replied: I think after my next baby (pretty sure 2 will be good for me), my idea of Boobs of Steal will be a size C saline cup!! emlaugh.gif My boobs are so much smaller after BFind Ali and now I feel like I have no tissue left...when I lay down my boobs actually curve in. I am sick to even look at them. And when I stand up, they stretch to my belly! Well, not that far yet but I am sure they will get there. Sorry TMI, my boobs are a touch subject with me. So after BFing my next baby...you can bet they will be nice and perky again smile.gif

Hillbilly Housewife replied: Actually, here are a few exercises to keep the (o)(o) where we'd like them to always be:

1) Put your hands, palms together, in front of your chest, as if you're in prayer.
2) Push your palms in towards each other, hold for a second, relase.
3) Repeat. Over and over and over and over and over..... lol
(seriously - about 50 times, 5 times a day.... wink.gif )

Another one:

1) Put your wrists together, but turn your hands so that the fingers are reaching towards the opposite elbow, on the inside of your arm.
2) Hold on to your arms. Push your fingertips towards your elbow. You'll be able to feel the slight pull on your breasts.....
3) Same as above, do this over and over and over and over..... lol

Any pectoral excercise will also help. It works for the guys, it will work for women. Such as:

1) Lie on a bench (or couch) with weights; bend your arms over your head, then upwards, then bend again, at the elbow. Continue.

Good luck!

mckayleesmom replied: Thanks I need it. biggrin.gif

jdkjd replied: Those remind me of the exercises from "Are you there God, It's me Margaret." biggrin.gif

We Must, We Must, We Must Increase Our Bust!

mckayleesmom replied: LOL......I saw something about that on VH1 the other day...

supermom replied: ROFL - you all are TOO funny - I have decided to give up in the boob department - after BF five, and not being very small to begin with, they are definately sagging in a southerly direction. I just hope that they don't decide to sag any more this time around (didn't seem to sag more with Anders either)....but I have decided "perky" won't be in my vocabulary any time soon!

MomToJade&Jordan replied:
LOL!!!!!!! rolling_smile.gif

Being the busty person that I am, mine were probably in the firm department back in the 5th grade *sigh*. I have given up on them ever being like that again. rolling_smile.gif

MommyToAshley replied: I was hoping mine would return to normal after Ashley is done BF, but I think I was kidding myself. LOL Glad to hear I am not alone!
