Well I know that is alot for some people.. but I came from 215 so it is AWESOME...Guys here is the part that gets me...

If I lose one more pound... I will have lost 40lbs.. Man I am gonna work that pound off..and tell it too kiss my fat butt goodbye.

This is how crazy I am.. I took a pic of the scale.. It is hard to read... But I love it.. It was hard to see.. cause of the digital thing..But I made a contrast pic too ..I had too.. I just had too.. I am no longer obese

I am so excited I just can't hide it....
