Yes may be moving in August

My2Beauties wrote: We've been on such a rollercoaster with this finding a house thing. I just have so much debt that Brian and I decided it was best to pay off my debt first before even trying to buy a house, we kept trying to do it on his credit only and it wasn't working out the way we wanted it to, we couldn't get approved for the amount we wanted on his income alone nor did he have any tradelines really for any company to use, we've been jarred around so much that we have decided to wait. So anywhoo, last night Brian was talking to a friend of ours who lives in a beautiful home. Some things have been going on in his life though and he is moving to Texas in August to be with his parents. His home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 3 car garage, full basement, and a swimming pool with a deck in the backyard, he only wants $650 a month for this house! redbounce.gif redbounce.gif Can you believe that??? He said that if we want it it's ours, he'll draw up the contract. Him and Brian have been friends for years and years. There is a house next door to him too that is 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, without the garage and pool though for only $600 a month. Brian's mom and dad is looking to move too, and he said he knows the lady really well and he'll put in a word for us and his the IL's, so we're thinking this would be great if we could get one house and the IL's the other house! Whoo hoo, keep your fingers crossed guys I may be moving soon! I hope so, I have to get out of my teeny 2 bedroom shotgun house! sad.gif Its too crowded and too old and dusty! We get creatures that I've never seen before neither because of our crawlspace - it's gross!

ETA: He also said that we can rent for a year and if we want to buy the house he's more than willing to sell it! thumb.gif

mom2tripp replied: YAY--I say go for it and then in a year you guys can buy it if you want. Sounds like a steal to me biggrin.gif

Kaitlin'smom replied: SOunds great, hope it all works out for you...it sounds like a great deal where is the house, I mean what state?

I had to giggle about creatures in your house due to crawl space. emlaugh.gif You've never lived in the country before huh? We do and even when our house was BRAND NEW we had creatures (spiders mainly) in our house. Even after finished the basement we still have creatures. There was a freakin' grasshopper in the basement the other night. Scared the ba-geezus out of me! But I still love the country. biggrin.gif

A&A'smommy replied: That is AWESOME LeaAnn!!! I hope this one works out for you!!!!

gr33n3y3z replied: I hope you get it
That sounds like the perfect house

My2Beauties replied:
LOL I just now read this! No I have never lived in the country but man oh man when we visit, let's just say I spend 3/4 of my time running from freaking bugs! Especially those flying moths, those things fly right in your face and they are just so icky looking! We mainly get spiders and crickets in our house - yuck! Have you ever seen a spider cricket? ohmy.gif It's awful, it's got 8 legs like a spider and it gigantic like a big Daddy Long leg, but it doesn't chirp and it hops! OMG they freak me out! There was one in my livingroom one time when I was preggo with Hanna and Brian was not at home, I sat on the couch in fear for 2 hours watching this thing run all over the livingroom, I refused to get up and all I could do when Brian came home was point and say get it get it! laugh.gif He picked it up and threw it outside blink.gif YUCK I couldn't touch one of those things! Then - we get waterbugs sometimes, oh those things are so gross puke.gif They look like friggin' overgrown cockroaches! I hate them! Enough with the critter talk I'm starting to itch now! dry.gif
