LOL...I don't want to go into labor on my own..That is why I scheduled the induction...Or atleast 1 of the reasons..

Here's my advice for the induction (if you haven't had one)...just go ahead and GET THE EPIDURAL! Seriously, I waited til I was 8 centimeters and thought death was imminent before I got mine. I believe I could have made it unmedicated had I gone on my own...inductions are a whole different ballgame. I loved knowing his birthday ahead of time, but I did miss getting to feel that "this is it!" feeling. It'll be here before you know it!

YAY!!! I totally don't like inductions but only because I had a bad experience.. also DON'T get your epidural TOO early because it CAN slow your labor down and cause you NOT to progress. Good luck its going to be great!!

Well,this will be my 3rd (and last)induction...LOL..With Kam,the Dr broke my water at 9:20 I got my epi at 9:30 and had him at 3:50 pm (after 2 hrs of pushing) Then with Kyleigh they broke my water at 6 something in the morning but I didn't start hurting for a while..I think it was around 11 or so when I got my epi with her and had her at 2:28 pm (after pushing about 5 mins.. )so as long as it is similar this time I will be ok.. I am nervous though with it being a different hospital..This one is smaller though and is a womans hospital only...So,I guess I will find out soon enough Boy,do I have A LOT of packing to do though...LOL..Have to pack for Kam,Kyleigh(they are staying at my parents) Kassidy,me and Chris..

I know what you mean about wanting her to stay until the induction. With Will I was scheduled for a c-section on the 23, but my water broke and labor started (VERY quickly, I might add) on the morning of the 18th. With Waylon he stayed put until the dr. yanked him out. I do wonder when I would have gone into labor on my own with him, though.
Get to packing, lady! That's a whole lot of luggage to get ready!

Aaaah, yes...but that's when you go on your own. Inductions are different because the contractions will keep going. If you go on your own, you don't wanna get it before you are dilated to 4. With an induction, you can pretty much get the epidural at the same time the pitocin is put in
