W-2 is basically a year end statement that shows how much you made and how much you paied in taxes and to who

My2Beauties replied: Well we have about $2200 going to our wedding and it will be paid off, our wedding has costed us only about $500 thus far so I don't think that is bad and the rest of it is going on a furniture payment! *sigh* no shopping sprees for me!

We should get our deposit Friday. Disney is put off for another year though after much discussion. There are some other things we want and need right now.

mammag replied: Yippee!!! Chris brought his home Friday and I had them finished within a half hour! I had started it already using his last paystub so that I could just go in with the corrections and get it in right away. I was mad though because had he gotten the w-2 on Thursday we would have gotten it back this Friday but now we won't get it until next Fri. Oh well, I'll get State back a lot quicker!!!

MomToJade&Jordan replied: One of the good things about the military is all of the money stuff is done electronically so DH got his W-2 around Jan 14th. my MIL prepares taxes for a living so she just printed it off the computer and did it right up. She sent us the form to sign and Voila! We should be getting our money on Friday. Oh do we have plans.
