Woohoo! - Jeff got a new job!

He did apply for a dispatching position and even though he scored a 93 on the test they still didn't call him for an interview, so we were pretty discouraged. BUT...one of the hospitals that he applied for awhile back called him today and told him he starts on the 28th!!! He'll be making a lot more money so we are very happy to be financially back on our feet. I'm so proud of him and can't wait for him to start. He will have to carry a gun which makes me nervous, but he plans on being a cop eventually so I guess I'll have to get used to it.
Anyways, I'm just thrilled and wanted to share our good news.

So very true! I have been down in the dumps for awhile thinking things were never going to get better, but Jeff has always been optimistic. I guess it paid off.

LOL! That's all he can talk about, is having a gun. He is a little nervous though as he hasn't held or shot a gun in about 6 years, but I'm sure it'll all come back.
