So I go in to tell her that I can't work so much and shes like "oh I totally understand, no problem " Shes like I'll put you down for 30 hours and you can work all AM shifts... So I get a phone call from her an hour later and shes like
"I was doing next weeks schedule here's yours.... " SHE put me down for 40 hours again!
I was like "JAMIE I THOUGHT I JUST TOLD YOU I CANT DO 5 DAYS A WEEK!!?? " And she goes "oh well I guess I''ll just have to work 6 days this week since you can't work an extra day"
So I said "Please don't put that guilt trip on me Jaim, its really not cool".

I'm such a sucker - Here goes my hectic week Don't have a day off til next Wednesday

CantWait replied: She's totally taking advantage of you. I think it's time to show yourself the door and look for something else. There are plenty places out there that will give you the hours you're looking for.

jem0622 replied: As mentioned in pp, you need to move on. You told her point blank, she's trying to guilt you, and she hasn't respected what you restated to her. If you want to be nice, then tell her you'd be glad to interview your replacement.

sparkys2boys replied: I think that you need to firmly talk to her again. She didn't get it the first time around at all, it's to bad that she doing the guilt thing now. Not very professional on herpart at all.. good luck!
