Why you don't take a 3 year old shopping...

Anyways, we get to the store and Ashley whips out the list. She informs me that the first thing on the list is Juice. (There's only 5 things total on the list). So, on the way back to the Juice aisle, I pass the laundry soap and it's 1/2 off. I decide to stock up and put a few in the cart. As I am putting the laundry soap in the cart, Ashley informs me, "MOM! Those aren't on the list!" I just tell her that we need them and they are on sale. So, we continue to get the other items on the list and head to the check out line.

On the way to the check-out, we pass through the frozen food section. Ashley says, "Stop! Mom we need to get some ice cream" I told her that the ice cream isn't on the list and she replies, "But we need some.... And LOOK, it's on sale!!!" as she's pointing to a big red sale sign. How can I resist that!

So, now I am sitting here blowing my diet and eating chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream.
