Who went shopping the day after Thanksgiving

Exactly what I thought!! I couldn't imagine getting out in that (with Maddie) to save a couple of dollars. There were a couple of things in some ads that I would have wanted, but nothing I needed or couldn't live without. Me and Maddie stayed inside the warm house today and shopped Ebay instead! LOL!

My2Carebears replied: I did And Ended up with a Huge headache! A friend and i went for 3 hours..lol. We left at 9 though

CantWait replied: Well it wasn't Thanksgiving here, but I still went shopping Oh boy, I have $30 left in my account for the next week and a half. And only another pay day left till Christmas ( and that's not a lot ) Hope dh will be darling enough to give me some money

I got Robbie and Anthony some stocking stuffers and got a couple small gifts for Robbie, as well as dh's welcome home basket/stocking stuffers.

paradisemommy replied: tee hee..does online shopping count??? i found some really good deals at amazon.com where i got a lot of toys for taven with free shipping...no way could you get me out there in that mess of people and crowds..

5littleladies replied: We did but not in the morning. Well...Dh went out before work to get a few things that we just couldn't pass up, but we waited for all of us to go until afternoon. The crowds weren't too bad. We mostly went out just to get out of the house.

MomToJade&Jordan replied: I did go out in the evening and started my Christmas shopping for Jade. I only went to the BX here on base so it wasn't too bad by the time I got there. I know of people in the courtyard who got up way early and stood in a line at Toys R Us. I opted to stay in bed. There was no way I was going to be in that mess. I worked at KB while I was in college and I had to be there at 4:30 am the day after Thanksgiving. I vowed that day that I would never be up that early in the morning to go shopping no matter how good the deals were.

amynicole21 replied: I did, but reluctantly. I hate crowds, too... especially in closed spaces. I got a good deal on some gold earrings for my mom - regularly $140 but I got them for $56. Other than that, I didn't see anything really special as far as deals went. AND, I got suckered into buying one of those nail kits from the kiosks in the mall. The lady wouldn't leave me alone, and I have a really hard time saying no. Now I just have to find someone who needs something like this and give it to them as a Christmas present

supermom replied: I hate the crowds, and some of the people can be so nasty! And unfortunately, I didn't feel very good that day, and we had to go in and work a little, but even if we didn't we wouldn't have gone shopping!

jen replied: I didn't get up early but I went out in that madness! My sister and best friend and I went to the mall! HAAAAAAAAAAA what a joke! It took us 20 minutes just to park! But it was nice to get out and be with them, we only went to one department store and we each bought a purse! Then left and went as far away from the mall as possible to go out to eat! I am almost done with all my christmas shopping so I am just a holiday shopping consultant now! ha ha!

Kaitlin'smom replied: other, I went out to have Kaitlin's picture taken so I had to go to the mall so I did look around some but we did not stay long way to busy. DH got up at 6am and got somethings. But over all tthere was nothing in the ads I needed or had to have since I am almost done shopping!
