Who all lives in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Conneticut?

Simsbury, CT. for a wedding, but the kicker is it's Father's Day weekend. We are trying to figure out how many days before the trip we'll leave to make 'stops' or if they will be after the wedding. We have two other families coming with us, so I'm trying to layout all my wanted stops now why we are in the planning stages and deciding on the size of the motor-home (gas mileage, etc).


ETA: I didn't realize you said "up here" Are you close to CT?

C&K*s Mommie replied: This is not meant for me, but I wanted to butt in anyhow . How neat to meet people along the way or on the way back from PC! Especially when you are headed to a wedding you are not really wanting to spend the money on going to. A great plus to meet some people from here.

Kaitlin'smom replied: OHIO I am very close to Dayton near 70 & 75 interchange. I would LOVE to met you, even if I need to travel a bit out of the way I dont mind.

PS depending on the time of year we can have a cook out and swim.

Kaitlin'smom replied: the main interstate through Ohio W to E is 70 so I am littlery about 10 minutes AT the MOST off 70...WOOO HOOO I am hoping we can plan it.

mammag replied: I'm near Columbus Ohio 5 minutes from 70 but I would even be willing to drive closer to Dayton to meet up as well. That would be so fun!!!

Wow I did not realize we were that close, for me I can get to columbus in abut 45 minutes, what town are you in?

mammag replied: I'm just southeast of Columbus. Last time dh went to the Dayton gun show it was about an hour away. I didn't realize you were this close either! We will definitely have to meet up some time even if Karen doesn't make it our way. I'll let you know the next time he goes to Dayton and maybe we can meet somewhere while he is there.

We live in Ohio as well. I am assuming you'd use I-70, and we are close by that. I'd love to meet up. When's the trip? I hope it's not the same time we are taking our vacation.

The wedding is Father's Day weekend. So it would either be a day or so before or a day or so afterwards. Not sure of the exact date, but it's near Father's Day weekend....unfortunately I know that's a bad time.

redplaydoh replied: I used to live in Connecticut... until we moved to Switzerland 9 months ago. My best friend lives in Simsbury. There is a cool playground in Simsbury too... I really miss taking the kids there. I a bit jealous of you.... I WANT TO GO!
