Where is your computer located - in you house

lisar replied: I am at work during the day. But my pc at home is a laptop and I take it all over the house. And my main pc at the house is located in a cherry cabinet that closes all the way up in my dinning room.

Kaitlin'smom replied: I post mostly during the day at work but at home we have a computer room, it has 2 full computers, a server, a laptop and I am sure tons of spare parts LOL. It also had a bed in there its supposed to be also the guest room.

DillsMommy replied: Mine is in the family room. I usually just leave PC signed on all day, that way I can type a little- clean a little- type a little- get ready for work- type- and so on. lol.

MommyToAshley replied: We have a home business, therefore we have an office that has about 7 computers in it. Ashley has claimed one of the PC's and the Mac as her own.

We also have a laptop in the living room and a laptop that stays in the bedroom. If I let DH, he'd probably have one in the bathroom too. LOL!

I usually post while she is at school and I am working. I'm usually uploading or downloading files while I post. I also post sometimes at night when she is asleep.

Oh and Di... you would probably faint if you saw DH's spare parts. They take up a few closets and most of the garage storage.

At home we have three computers. A desktop that sits in the livingroom. This is the computer Dh and Kylie use most often. We also have one laptop in the livingroom which I mainly use. Then we also have a laptop in the bedroom.

ETA: I've always wondered how y'all do it too at home with kids because when I am home with the kids I can't even get anywhere near a computer. I'm either chasing after them or cleaning house. When they do take quiet time I'm usually napping myself.

I'm at work during the day also. We have a laptop at home in our living area.

My computer at home is in my living room but DH is on it most of the time. It is the only place that has room for the computer desk.

Hillbilly Housewife replied: wel my main pc is in my basement... i hardly go on it. I use one of 2 laptops that we have, one is up in my bedroom, the other is on the main floor, usually on the dining room table. The dining room is accessible both through the kitchen and the living room... and so I just stop and post on my way doing something... i don't sit here and post all day... I leave my browser open and just sneak a peek when I go by etc... lol

sparkys2boys replied: Our main pc is in the dining room that has an attached sitting area and we also have another one in the upstairs unlanding that is being used as an office/work space for the kids. I am the same as Rocky I pop in and out all the time, see something new and post then am off again. This is one of the very few places I go on the net so I spend more time here.

Back in the day when my boys were small, there were no message boards. Heck not too many ppl even had computers at home. All we had for a break was tv or the phone. It was a loney time back then ....lol

luvmykids replied: One is in my laundry room/office (it's a big room LOL) and the other is in the Poker room, a room kind of off the living room and behind the garage...hard to explain its secluded from the rest of the house but still only three steps from the living room. I'm like most of the others, off and on all day....I do stuff, take a break and get online, go back to work, get back on....

Calimama replied: My laptop is in the bedroom right now, and our desktop is downstairs. Miabella is currently very into coloring so the first thing after we get home from school is her going to her art table (which is right by the computer) and we color for hours until I can distract her. We talk to DH throughout the day to sometimes.

HuskerMom replied: Our computer is in the living room. I usually get on when Keith is taking a nap. He also likes to sit on my lap while I'm on here too.

ZandersMama replied: My living room and playroom are one big room, i just kind of split the big room into 2 parts, all of their stuff is on one side, mine on the other lol. computer is in the corner with the desk flipped so i can see them, so when they get into playing together, this is where i am I got tired of putting them in time out, so i just put myself in timeout at the computer in the corner

luvbug00 replied: in our frount room. mya is doing homework in her room and if it's 9-2 mon,tues,thrus i'm at work and otherwise i'm at home. my boss let's us do whatever we want. he doesn't care.

mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: In the basement, surrounded by lots of toys and a huge tv for the kids! I check in here a lot throughout the day, but never sit for a long period of time. Constantly moving!

Maddie&EthansMom replied: One in the study (off the master) and a laptop that I pretty much take wherever I want. Right now I'm in the study on the laptop. Maddie is doing her homework and Ethan is resting. The house is clean and dinner will be on the table in about 2 hours.

My3LilMonkeys replied: In the living room, which is very central in our house. So I'm usually on while the girls are playing right here where I can watch them, or back and forth while I'm cleaning and whatnot.

TrulyBlessed replied: My computer is in my bedroom, which is right off of the kitchen and living room. I leave my computer on and walk in and out all day. I could probably accomplish more, if I left it off though. LOL

We have on ein the cold basement in DH's office, it is the better of the two.

The other is upstairs in the living room and we sit on one of Jacks tiny little chairs at it - needless to say I don't use it for too long.
