Where is everyone from?? - big town or small

stanleygirl replied: I am from Winnipeg which is a big city to me, but I'm sure it seems small to some ppl (population is about 650,000). BUT me and dh are contemplating moving to the country, maybe somewhere within an hour or so of Winnipeg...

kellibellisdillybear replied: I am from a very small town in Michigan, graduated with 90 people tongue.gif joined the navy, met my DH, who is a Burbank native, now live outside of L.A. California, maybe w/in a couple years we may be in IN also, DH is aHUGE ND fan!!!

kayla's mama replied: I grew up in a suburb of STL. Mo. Then we moved to the suburbs of Memphis, TN. I kinda wish we lived in the country but then everything is so far away.

redchief replied: Depends... small town usually, but on summer weekends it becomes very crowded on our small NJ barrier island.

However, where I grew up, you still can't get cable television. Before the days of Satelite, you had an antenna. And there's still no cell signal.
Where we hope to move to is so far out in the middle of no where that I can go into the yard in a towel to get my clothing off the line and no one will see me! Yes, yes, yes! banana.gif horray.gif partydance.gif partying.gif banana2.gif elephant.gif greenapple.gif I love to live in the middle of nowhere!

That is where I'm from I work in Fortwayne but I Live about 30 miles south of there!!! Yeah the guys are cute especially mine!! haha wub.gif

mckayleesmom replied: I grew up in California....then moved to Illinois when I was 17...Married dh and have so far lived in Minnesota and now Kentucky......Overall...I consider Illinois home. I love small towns now.

KingMom replied: Grew up in one small town where we had only a traffic circle, moved to city for a couple of years, and now back in another small town called Mineral, with only 1 un-needed stop light.

I will take a pick of our Pop sign..

We have a one room post office and one feed/ gas store..
Thats it....

But we live about 30 miles from where the U of Arkansas is and I think they have about 60-70,000 people now!
