I'm from California, born and raised here. I'll probablly always live here, despite the craziness of California! Only in California can your mayor be an Actor. (Ours is Alan Autry, he played Bubba on the Heat of the Night.) And our governor is the Terminator! We're a weird bunch!

MomToJade&Jordan replied: Let's see. Right now we are in Maryland. We got her in Sept. after living in Hawaii for 4 years. Who knows where we will be going next. I'm hoping we will be here for more then the alloted 3 years. It all depends on if DH likes his job or not. It's very possible that we will wind up in Texas next. Ah the military life.

DH was born in Maryland, moved to West Virginia when he was in middle school. Then moved back to Maryland after he graduated from Highschool, after living there for about 6 years. He came back to West Virginia and has been here every since.

I so loved those books when I was a kid! My grandma even made me a dress, bonnet, and pinafore and found me old lace up boots. I'd get a bucket and get water out of their pool (aka my well) and do "chores" ... I even line dried all my grandmas laundry! I was so sure I was Laura Ingalls reincarnated!
