Where besides ebay

HuskerMom wrote: would be a good place to sell Beanie Babies. I was going through a bunch of boxes and stuff at my grandma's house and found a ton of my beanie babies and I want to get rid of them. Most of them are from the mid 90's. I'm thinking about putting them on ebay but is there any other place that would be good to sell them?

My3LilMonkeys replied: You could try renting a table at a flea market if there's one near you or see if there is a collectible shop where you can advertise, or in the local paper. Good luck - there are TONs of them on ebay and it doesn't seem like there are too many buyers out there.

HuskerMom replied:
Yeah I know. That's why I was trying to find another place to sell them. I might see if there's a flea market at our county fair next month. I never thought of that, thanks!

mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: I know you may be trying to make some money, those things are worth something. But what about donating them to the kids at a homeless shelter, somewhere like that?

Oh just thought of another place....craigslist, if you want to sell them!

HuskerMom replied:
Yeah I figured if I couldn't sell them then I'd either take them to goodwill or to the Lincoln Connection. It's a homeless shelter here.

TheOaf66 replied: craigslist

lisar replied: www.craigslist.com

www.gozbay.com

Calimama replied: Good luck, I hope you can sell them!

mommymommy replied: What about Craig's List?

HuskerMom replied: Thanks for all the ideas! thumb.gif

AlexsPajamaMama replied: amazon.com
I had a really good experience selling used books and video games on there.

seeingblue2 replied: I agree, craigslist, Amazon, etc. Garage sale would probably be good too.
