When was the last time you went - to the bathroom alone???

mckayleesmom wrote: Besides after the kids are in bed?. I don't know about anyone else, but Russell and Mckaylee always follow me into the bathroom. Usually Russell works on trying to get into the bathtub while Mckaylee stands there and asks what Im doing a million times and proceeds to tell me how much toilet paper I can use.

Maddie&EthansMom replied: laugh.gif rolling_smile.gif I think it's been YEARS since I've gone to the bathroom alone in the middle of the day. tongue.gif

TANNER'S MOM replied: Well it has been sense 1990 for me!

Thats the year Brittany was born August 28 1990 sense I have wiped my hinny without an audience of some sort!

And it never stops, shower, bathroom. They can sense you are in there and always need something,...or your huband needs to talk.

The one time you get in there in peace and quite..you look over and realize they used all the toilet paper..so you have to Holler for them! And ask them to come and help you!

It's a strange law of the universe!

danahas4monkeys replied: I'd say 11yrs lol!

MyBlueEyedBabies replied: only about half the time do they come with me. Sometimes it's because they are busy with something else and others it's because I close the door and listen to them complain and stick their toes or fingers under the door. I especially lock them out about half the time now becuase I hate having anyone in the room with me while I'm throwing up.

BAC'sMom replied: 9 1/2 years!

MamaJAM replied: We have a 'closed door policy' in our house for bathrooms and getting dressed. So - I always go to the bathroom alone. And, only DH is ever around to pester me while getting dressed.

C&K*s Mommie replied: I go most of the day without them being with me. They can occupy themselves, or I give them something to do for a minute while I make the trek. They are almost always together doing something, unless one is asleep then the other will get bored and start to wind down too.

Crystalina replied:
It is so funny that you posted this because just the other day I was thinking about doing it myself. rolling_smile.gif

MamaJAM, you have a closed door policy. That must be nice. As of right now we have no door at all. wacko.gif We are remodeling and the previous owners had a sliding door that the kids just broke last week. We have a curtain that I put up until we can redo the framing and I find a door that I like. People take bathroom doors for granted.user posted image wink.gif

When I go Evan has to hand my the TP and Izabella giggles and I have 4 yorkies that follow me in and just stare. It's like a show or something. Hey, everyone pull up a chair. popcorn2.gif

Even in the middle of the night when I go the dogs still follow me. wacko.gif

punkeemunkee'smom replied: huh.gif You are supposed to go to the bathroom alone??? huh.gif emlaugh.gif In that case it has probably been close to 5 years since I have not had to say-"Just a second!" or "Mommy will be right there."or "Can you wait on the bed for me?" blush.gif rolling_smile.gif every single time! rolleyes.gif laugh.gif

kimberley replied: wacko.gif never lol. that is the least peaceful room in my house.

My3LilMonkeys replied: Since Brooke started crawling I have had one or both in the bathroom with me when we are the only ones here.

BUT - while I am at work all day long and DH is home with them - they will both wait outside the door nicely. rolleyes.gif

CantWait replied: Well lets see, we have stalls at work, stalls at the gym, and at home it's either Anthony, or the dog peaking their nose in, so I'd have to say, 2 and a half years ago. wacko.gif
