BabyOwen427 replied: I don't have a fancy name for it but I took two pork chops browned them in a skillet. Made Stove Top Stuffing. Put the stuffing in a 9-in square pan with the chops laid on top and put it in the oven 400 for 10-15 min until chops were done. YUM!! yummy.gif yummy.gif
Tomorrow, crock pot roast & mashed potatos.

5littleladies replied:
Yep! Here you go! Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

I did make a few changes-I left out the beans and substituted chicken broth for the beer wink.gif and I pureed the tomatoes and chilies(I'm wussy-I don't like chunks blush.gif ). The sour cream and cheddar cheese is a must! It toned down the spicyness and gave it wonderful flavor!

Cece00 replied:
Have you tried the Jambalaya? Its good too biggrin.gif

Cece00 replied: DH had leftovers, the kiddos has pb&j with green beans & fruit, and I had a frozen dinner. The night before we had takeout. I swear I'm cooking a real meal tommorrow night rolling_smile.gif

martzfam27 replied: Lucas had mac n cheese and some left over turkey. I had some kind of tofu noodle thing with tuna. It wasnt as bad as it sounds actually and the noodles were only 20 calories a serving blink.gif
