What's for dinner?

I cooked broiled lemon pepper grouper fillets, broccoli and cheesy mashed taters but only DH ate all of it. I had a sliver of fish and some potatoes with a bowl of strawberry icecream for dessert. The girls were so rotten today that my stomach is in knots. K dumped hers on the floor after pouring about 6 tablespoons of salt on her potatoes, taking a bite of her nilla wafer and chewing the buds off of a brocoli spear. Lauren ate all of her broccoli and about 1 t of fish before she started throwing her dinner on the floor and was evacuated from the kitchen.

I'm so glad I went to the trouble to cook. At least DH liked it.

Not the healthest dinner, but I don't feel like cooking anything else.

Texoman Potatoes are baked potatoes with:

Chicken strips cut into pieces
Butter
Shredded Cheese (cheddar)
with cream gravy poured over the top

SO GOOD!!! It doesn't sound that great (or does it?) I assure you it is so delicious.
