What'd you have for breakfast?

I am craving milk SO much lately. It's 2%, so I guess that's not so bad.

What did you have? Well, for those of you who live on the edge and actually eat at beakfast time emlaugh.gif

I had three eggs- scrambled- and a piece of toast with pomegranite jelly. (keeping to my workout nutrition plan. smile.gif ).

lisar replied: I stop every morning at this little sandwich shop to get my sweet tea so I got my Sweet tea and a bowl of cheese grits this morning.

oh and Dana, in my last month of PG with Kaitlin I woudl drink a gallon of milk almost daily......Kaitlin is a big dairy lover.

Mommy2BAK replied: If I wasn't carrying twins I wouldn't have eaten anything, (breakfast always gives me a stomach ache) but I'm trying to force feed myself so I had an apple toaster strudel. yummy.gif

MoonMama replied: Braedin and I had fruit....kiwi's, raspberries, peaches, and grapefruit mixed together, vanilla yogurt, and fresh apple/carrot juice I made in the juicer. smile.gif

DH had a business breakfast so who knows what he got away with eating. rolling_smile.gif

Cece00 replied: I had a triple berry muffine that I baked @ 6:45 am this morning (ugh, I had the worst dream & was up so EARLY, I hate that) and some milk.

I usually do not eat breakfast. I should more often though.

Brias3 replied: I usually don't eat breakfast either, except coffee, but I'm trying to be better about it- I know how important breakfast is and I'm trying to safely lose a few pounds. That however went out the window this am when I had a bagel and cream cheese blush.gif

Danalana replied: Today, I had cheezits and a mountain dew. I swear I eat healthier sometimes, but I had to work a couple of hours, and there were only so many choices!
