What was it?

TheOaf66 wrote: That first made you want to be involved with your SO?

For me it was looks, I admit it but it was true...I met her in a hot tub where she was wearing a bikini, I was hooked. yummy.gif

AlexsPajamaMama replied: personality and charm....and looks too, but his personality hit me first.

gr33n3y3z replied: ahhhh his looks then I threw raw cookie dough at him at school
He should have known then I was trouble blush.gif

MomtoPate replied: It was looks, but then his personality really made him special and stand out and be someone that I wanted to get to know better!

luvmykids replied: Ummm... not sure! Might have been that he was devastatingly handsome, or wickedly charming, or that all the other girls wanted him too. Or all of the above.

An afterthought: Be careful, if you find yourself describing someone with words like "devastating" or "wicked" it could mean trouble ahead! rolling_smile.gif

salmndr007 replied: Umm...I would have to say a car wreck then a police report then a follow up trial for the guy that hit both of us....I was pretty slick about how I did it too. If you don't know...ask Jess when you see her on here again in the next week.

TheOaf66 replied: well you sound like a really fun couple to chat with so I will keep that in mind.

C&K*s Mommie replied: His personality. It was opposite of mine, he was far more outgoing than I was at the time & I was attracted to that. wub.gif

mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: My DH was the biggest flirt!! So although his looks caught my eye right away, I loved the fact he flirted with me the first moment I met him! wub.gif I seriously went home that day (the day we met) and wrote in my journal that I was going to marry him (we were 19)!! 12 years later....here we are with two kids, four years married!! hug.gif

kit_kats_mom replied: we were friends first and physically he was the antithesis of "my type". I went more for the bad boy tall thin rocker type as my love interests. He was a barrel chested geek. rolling_smile.gif I loved his sense of humor and he had a ton of wonderful friends. Then I got a look in his closet. It was totally organized by sleeve length, then by color. I knew then that I was going to marry him.

mammag replied: Of course at first it was his looks.....in particular those arms!!! I remember him walking up my driveway..... I was 16, he was 22 so I wasn't at all thinking of him as a future mate but was thinking my older sister needed to grab on to this one quick! Then when he started talking about things it was his personality that really drew me in. He was so mature and cool and funny and sweet.....everything I could imagine the perfect man to be. Ahhh, memories..... wub.gif

ZandersMama replied: a mixture of captain morgan and strawberry daquaris.... blush.gif

moped replied:
Sounds familiar

Our Lil' Family replied: He was a true gentleman, and still is! Love that southern charm too! wub.gif

luvbug00 replied: The fact that he was oblivious to girls .. and still is... emlaugh.gif

dhoppygirl replied: Definately the looks...mostly his shoulder length black hair. Ahhh wub.gif
But what kept me interested was after our first date (we went for a run) he cooked me dinner. That was a real treat. He still cooks every couple of nights. hug.gif

TheOaf66 replied: thanks for all the great replies everyone. biggrin.gif

Maddie&EthansMom replied: His good looks and charm. He was (is) such a gentleman and is mature beyond his years. wub.gif

Brias3 replied: Well of course, initial attraction before we actually "met"/spoke was looks blush.gif but from the moment we talked for the first time, it was totally his personality. He was very outgoing and friendly and very much the type of person I gravitate to and enjoy the company of.
