Two weeks ago, it would have been, but I'm seeing such great results that I'm afraid to miss my workout. I'm afraid that I'll go back to slacker mode if I skip.

CantWait replied: Can't you move the workout session to an earlier time, or till the next day. You gotta have fun sometime, even your trainer will tell you that. And if you're seeing great results already, then you know you'll be back there yourself no questions asked. Have fun either way.
