What to do?

My problem is I don't know what to do. We don't have to much to do around here. Unless we got a bite to eat, go to a movie or walk around Wal Mart a dozen times.
I guess that is problem living in such a small community.

DH is not much help he said just to invite her here for dinner. He just don't like for me to go out.

I told him last night after he told me he don't like for me to go out. I said well I don't like for you to go out either.

He is always doing something either fishing, going somewhere with a friend, or hanging out over at his buddies garage.

So it is very rare I get to go out and do something. Much less with a friend. I think I deserve have a girls night out once in a while. Though when it does happen I don't even know how to act.

Are they any close bigger towns that you can travel to? Maybe you can get into something in a nearby, but bigger city and have a good time there, instead of in your 'small community'.

lisar replied: Go out girl!!!! Me and my friends have a girls night out once a month. The first weekend of the month we go out and the guys keep the kids. We go to clubs or the movies or just out to dinner. But we have alot of fun. You should do it.

We have couple big towns close to where I live. She lives in one of them. We will most likely do something over in her town/city whatever you wanna call it.

I still need wait to for her to call me and see what she wants to do.

I know why DH don't want me go out this evening. He is wanting to fish. They are suppose to stock a lake here this evening and said he just wanted to watch. Yeah right, I know he was plan on doing some fishing also.

Seriously, you need to have your "friend" time, even if it is just dinner, you need it.

Her & her SO are taking SO's mother out for dinner first. So I have about 2 more hours decide what to do.

CantWait replied: I say go out and have a great time. DH can go fishing anytime, and if he only wants to watch, or even fish, he can take the girls with him.
