What the heck??? - Things you find in hotel rooms

It's like a yellow walkie talkie type thing that keeps sending off an alarm. It has an X on the front and says Evactuate. I have seen something similar before - but I can't remember where. I am thinking it belongs to an Emergency Worker. Because this alarm is going off non stop and is so loud you can't miss it. I actually removed the batteries just to shut it up. Anyway - I wouldn't even know which agency to mail it to.
Anyone know what this is? Or how I might find out - I searched Google, but it doesn't seem to pull up anything that look like what I am seeing.
gr33n3y3z replied: where did you find it?
mom2my2cuties replied: It was under the bed.
Also I should add - this is something new - it wasn't here a few days ago. I guess I found it on Wed night. And have been trying to locate an owner since.
gr33n3y3z replied: call the motel and they will pay to have it shipped back to them bc they can figure out who was there before you
mom2my2cuties replied: Yeah the motel wont take it. I tried giving it back to them. They said "it wasn't in there when the carpets were cleaned so it's something that was there after you checked into that room"
So I'm really not sure. I KNOW it's not mine. It also has T PASS written on the front of it, if that helps? Oh and I googled TPass and couldn't find it.
gr33n3y3z replied: sounds like something from the county or goverment Call the police station And it seems like the cleaning ppl. didnt clean very well LOL Or maybe its theirs
sparkys2boys replied: I'd just leave it on the front desk and tell em it's not mine..
Calimama replied: Ditto. I wonder what it is..?
CantWait replied: I'd be asking them, who the heck besides cleaning staff has keys to my room then??? If it's not the staff's and it wasn't there when they did the carpets? They should have a lost and found. Sounds like jibberish.
mom2my2cuties replied: I found the owner this afternoon Turned out one of the. Firefighter who was here on Wed morning who helped with Andrea's face got it knocked off his jacket by a fighting 2 year old who did not want her face help down.
I didn't even think about the EMS crews being in the room Wed morning because of that. And it made sense with me finding it Wed night.
jacobsmama replied: I'm confused but I'm glad you figured out what it was...
