What is it about carpet....

Sorry, I'm so tired of picking up pukey hairballs/food off the carpet these days when all they have to do is do it on the tile and it wouldn't be such a problem.
My2Beauties replied: Sorry to laugh but you're so funny!
~KARA~ replied: I feel your pain!!! I have carpet in my kitchen and I dropped a hole bowl of chocolate pudding on it the other day
chloe&tysmommy replied: I TOTALLY know what you mean my cat does this ALL the time too...ugh! thankfully he's outside now most of the time
Mom2Boyz replied: At least your cat did it on the floor Last week, my stupid dog puked on my bed I don't think I ever hated that dog so much.
Celestrina replied: All I can say is thank God for Scotch Guard!
mom21kid2dogs replied: LOL! This is SO TRUE!! In my house, you actually have to work hard to hit the carpet~my house is totally hardwood & tile except for 1 room. Never matters~dogs, kids, us ~it all lands on the carpet!! I actually told my husband this past Christmas that we should get the carpet clearner something for the holidays. After all, he's been here more than my mother this past year!
kimberley replied: LOL! i agree... soooooooo true!! my whole house is hardwoods/tile. i have two big rugs in the living room/dining room but it is mostly all floor. my nutty cat would ALWAYS barf her hairballs on one of the rugs .
A&A'smommy replied: EWWWWW Karen I was very grateful to my inside/outside cat for doing that outside!!! I'm sorry I hope they will do it on the tile instead of the carpet
uwishucudfly replied: Ughhh! I know what you mean. I want to know what it is about carpet that makes it holds on to stains for all eternity! As if the carpet itself is mocking you as you sit there trying to scrub the grape juice stain out of it. The other day, my husband and I hired a babysitter for a late afternoon sit because we were looking at furniture. She came over right after school got out around 3. We got home at about 7, and in that space of time I guess Devin fell asleep on the floor with his grape juice sippy cup and it leaked all over. I told her that we weren't using the stoppers anymore and that I didn't want any juice anywhere else but the kitchen, and yet.....no such luck.
Celestrina replied: Ugh! My cat must have been looking over my shoulder when I read this file - she puked on my carpet last night!
amynicole21 replied: So very true! Our entire house is tile except the girls' rooms... the carpets in there are always getting peed on or puked on! Aaaargh!
mama3x replied: I don't think it's just cats - ALL of my animals choose the carpet to mess up and so do ALL of my kids! AUGH!
Ah well, Murphy's Law I suppose...
MM'sMama replied: OH!!! I am right with you on this one my cat does the same thing and it drives me NUTS !!!!! I mean he will walk from the kitchen to the living room to do it .
