What has made you feel like a geek?

I thought of something today and it reminded me of MoonMama's avatar:
DS and I were watching Super Why this morning when they said their catchphrase "time to transform". What came to mind? The catchphrase from the Transformers "transform and roll out."
lesliesmom replied: Okay, mine would be when I'm on hold with some company and they're playing the classical music and then I start singing the tunes from Little Einstein.
my2monkeyboys replied: Mine is being on a parenting forum! Really, though, being on a fish/aquarium forum really does make me feel like a geek.
stella6979 replied: I watch Antiques Roadshow religiously (will even DVR episodes I'm going to miss) and although I don't find it "geeky", my friends should do.
DillsMommy replied: I could work on a jigsaw puzzle for hours.
Hillbilly Housewife replied: you should see my book collection. I'm a really agressive reader.
lisar replied: I like to watch Jeopardy. And my cook book collection is HUGE. I have more cookbooks than anything in my house.
kit_kats_mom replied: I do that too but I didn't realize it was geeky until you said it is.
PrairieMom replied: The fact that I am composting with worms.
Calimama replied: Me and DH staying up til 3am the other night playing the old school Super Mario Brothers.
Hillbilly Housewife replied: That's geeky???
I do that all the time between students at my music teaching job... another teacher and i could sit there and play the stupid POW game for hours. In fact, we have.
MoonMama replied: See this is why I totally love you girl!
And HEEEEY! I love my avatar. I thought it was totally fitting, I find myself singing the songs from the shows Braedin's watches ALL the time. Then thinking to myself OMG I need to get out more I'm such a dork.
Calimama replied: Me too. If I can't beat a level I sit there and play until I get it. You guys should see my determined face.. it's no joke...
Calimama replied: If it makes you feel better, the high light of my day was doing the Baby Bop hop that Miabella INSISTS I do with her.
My neighbors think I'm cool.. don't tell them.

Celestrina replied: I love it too! If something happens in the real world that makes you think of someone's avatar, it has to be good. We all sing kids songs, whether we want to or not. Let's face it - they are some of the catchiest songs out there.
MoonMama replied: Oh I know right. I was just singing the Backyardigans song, right before I read your post.
HuskerMom replied: Oh good I'm not the only one.
I love playing the old super mario brothers, and if that makes me a geek, I'm ok with that.
Celestrina replied: It's so nice not to be alone .
As far as SMB, considering how long its lasted, it has to be good.
msoulz replied: OK, this is one for the old timers like myself . . .
Every morning when I get into my underwear drawer, I say "underwear that's FUN to wear!".
Anyone else remember underoos???
Anyone?
Celestrina replied: Yes, even though they were a little after my time. It also helps that Walmart is selling thems.
ZandersMama replied: THis afternoon when the sears Christmas Wishbook came in i ran up the stairs and called my best friend and made plans to get together this afternoon to look at it .
