I am trying also to lose some extra weight but am just trying to watch what I eat. No fried foods of any kind which limits it at work unless I bring stuff.
Oh smart dieting ones let me know if this is acceptable food if you are trying to lose weight.

Plus we have a lot of heart problems in my family and a history of diabetes.

I had TGI Friday's Loaded Potato Skins with extra sour cream for lunch
Then we had a meeting at work and they had snacks, I had chips, cookies and M&M's with about 3 cups of sweet tea! I'm so bad.
